Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) – RS Abdi Waluyo Mobile Apps

  1. How can we download RS Abdi Waluyo mobile apps?
  • Search “RS Abdi Waluyo” in Apps Store (Iphone) or Google Playstore (Android) then click install / download
  1. Why cannot I make a new account in RS Abdi Waluyo mobile apps?
  • Make sure you have a good internet connection
  • Exit the application then try to sign in again after 15 minutes
  • If the problem is the “Type of ID”, please try the following steps:
    1. Exit the application then sign back in again
    2. Choose a different type of ID (KTP/Passport), then click again to choose the type of ID of your choice. For example, if you’d like to register with your KTP, try to click ‘Passport’ first, then click ‘KTP’ again.
    3. Upload the photo of your ID (e.g. KTP), please make sure the file size does not exceed 500kb. To reduce the size, you can try to screenshot the photo file and crop it in such a way that it only shows your KTP.
    4. If the problem still persists after doing those 3 steps above, try to register with a different ID (KTP or Passport).
  1. I have made an account in the mobile apps, how long does it take for my account to be verified?
  • To be able to make an appointment, your account must be verified first
  • Your account will usually be verified soon after making an account in the apps
  • If your account is still not yet verified after 15 minutes, try logging out from your account, then logging back in
  • If the problem persists, please contact our hotline at 0813 8488 8158, and then wait for further confirmation from our staffs
  1. What if I forgot my password?
  • In the Sign In page, click “Forgot password?”
  • Insert your email
  • Follow the steps sent to your email
  • Sign in to your account using the new password
  1. Was the appointment I made accepted? Why is there no confirmation regarding the appointment I made?
  • RS Abdi Waluyo mobile apps system will automatically send a notification if you have succeeded in making the appointment, either through the apps itself or through email that you register when you made the account in the apps the first time
  • In your apps, click the menu (three-lined icon ) on the top left of your page
  • Click Appointment Lists, there you will see the appointments that you have made.
  • Or, click the notification icon (bell icon) on the top right of your page to show your list of appointments.
  • In your email, please check the inbox page and click refresh, or check your spam / junk in case the notification was sent there.
